Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement employer branding programs.
- Create engaging content for social media, career pages, and recruitment campaigns.
- Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and other employer branding activities.
- Prepare reports and monitor recruitment KPIs and branding effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Good communication skills, with a creative and analytical approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ATS, job portals, and social media recruitment tools.
